Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between marcus davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen L.L Cool J- Mama said knock you out as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
davis blocks the body kick.
davis moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Silva tries to clinch but davis moves out of range.
Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but davis swivels and escapes.

davis seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Silva for as long as he can get away with.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for davis, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
