Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jiav Alvy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Trester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jiav Alvy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Trester! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alvy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The referee warns Trester that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Alvy unloads with some shots from mount but Trester bucks and avoids them well.
Trester taking shots to the head. Alvy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trester on the ground. Trester tries to lock up and control but Alvy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Alvy working the ground and pound effectively.
Trester in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Trester avoids a strike by Alvy and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Alvy's guard! Fantastic escape!
Alvy wants to stand up but Trester is controlling him. Alvy keeping moving, preventing Trester from controlling successfully. Trester won't allow Alvy to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Alvy is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trester showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Ben Trester hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Trester fails to land with a series of punches.
Trester lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Jiav Alvy has been cut. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Alvy fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Trester to the ground. Alvy is now in Trester's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Trester wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Alvy is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Trester has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Alvy is looking to defend but Trester has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Alvy! Trester pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Alvy taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Ben Trester!
