Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roman Savchuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruce Lee will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roman Savchuk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bruce Lee! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Savchuk shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lee lands a high kick!
It looks like Roman Savchuk has been cut. Lee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Savchuk. Savchuk darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Lee manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Savchuk controls from within his opponent's guard. Savchuk tries to free his leg and advance position but Lee is retaining full guard. Lee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Savchuk avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Savchuk is one step ahead there. Savchuk slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Savchuk really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Roman Savchuk wasn't doing enough on the ground. Savchuk shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Savchuk is breathing heavily. Lee wants to sweep but Savchuk has passed to side control! Savchuk controls the position. Lee is pushing Savchuk's head away, looking to escape. Savchuk manages to hold on to the position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Savchuk controls the position from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Roman Savchuk just wasn't active enough. Lee fails with the takedown and Savchuk counters by clinching up. Lee tries to pull guard but Savchuk holds him up against the cage and eventually Lee drops back down to his feet.
Lee has had enough of the clinch but Savchuk keeps him there for the moment. Lee pulls guard effortlessly. Savchuk engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roman Savchuk dominated that round. The cut man is working on Roman Savchuk's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Lee tries to clinch but Savchuk moves away and Savchuk counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Savchuk content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Savchuk has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Lee trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Savchuk manages to pass to mount!
Savchuk takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Savchuk seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lee for as long as he can get away with. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Savchuk's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Roman Savchuk wasn't doing enough on the ground. Savchuk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lee was covering up waiting for the punch and Savchuk finishes the takedown easily into guard. Lee being controlled here, momentarily. Lee is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Savchuk defends well. Lee can't keep his opponent in guard - Savchuk advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Well, if Savchuk is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Roman Savchuk. Lee tries to clinch but Savchuk moves away and Savchuk counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Lee tries to pull guard but Savchuk won't allow it.
Lee tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Savchuk wants the takedown. Lee is fighting it off but Savchuk persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Lee's guard against the cage. Savchuk controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roman Savchuk dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Roman Savchuk's cut. That's time! Savchuk's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Lee tries for a takedown but Savchuk circles away easily and Savchuk counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Savchuk takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Roman Savchuk. Lee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Savchuk decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lee's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee wants to stand but Savchuk is controlling the position. Savchuk controlling from the top position.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Roman Savchuk just wasn't active enough. Savchuk drives through and clinches with Lee against the cage.
Savchuk has picked Lee up - he's going for a ride! Savchuk dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Lee is pressing down on Savchuk's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Savchuk sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Roman Savchuk just wasn't active enough. Lee with a lazy takedown attempt and Savchuk counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lee won't be happy with that. Roman Savchuk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Lee.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Savchuk moves into full mount! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Savchuk tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Lee is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Savchuk takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee is looking to improve his position but Savchuk isn't that keen on the idea. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Savchuk looking to control and managing it successfully. Lee is just holding on here. Savchuk manages to take his back.
Bruce Lee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Savchuk controlling from the back.
And that's the end of the fight! Roman Savchuk showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Savchuk, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
