Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adam Willams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Willams comes into the arena with Its Time For War blaring out of the sound system. Lewis has chosen I Couldn't Get High as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Adam Willams has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Lewis passes easily into side control. Nice work. Lewis advances to full mount. Willams can't escape the position.
Lewis lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Willams hang on? Lewis goes for an armbar but Willams turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Willams. Willams keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lewis's head. Willams won't allow Lewis to sweep him here. Willams scoring with punches to the head and body. Willams pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lewis is keeping the position for now. Willams drops back looking for a leg! Lewis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lewis manages to kick Willams off! Willams jumps back into Lewis's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis wants to sweep but no luck. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lewis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Willams misses with a takedown attempt and Lewis counters by moving into the clinch. Willams crunches a lovely knee into Lewis's ribcage. Willams using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Lewis has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Lewis throws a big right hand that misses. Lewis trying to control but Willams is working from the bottom. Willams manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lewis manages to get himself to full guard.
Willams looking to pass the guard. Lewis pushes Willams off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Willams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Willams fails with the takedown and Lewis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Lewis wants to free his trapped foot but Willams is holding on for dear life with his legs. Willams tries to kick Lewis off but Lewis keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Lewis thows a huge punch but Willams dodges it nicely.
The fighters are battling for position here. Willams manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Willams striking off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Willams looking for a sweep. Not yet Willams, not yet. Willams working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lewis. Lewis stands and throws Willams's legs to the side, diving into side control. Lewis working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Willams tries to buck Lewis off but Lewis is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lewis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Willams is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Willams tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lewis wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Lewis tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lewis has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Lewis goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Willams has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Lewis but great work by Willams.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Willams is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lewis has escaped the position, nice work there. Lewis is looking to regain half guard here but Willams keeps moving and retains side control. Willams lands an elbow. Willams lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lewis down.
Lewis is trying to strike from the bottom but Willams has passed into full mount. Willams putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Willams is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Willams closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Willams has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Lewis makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Lewis. Willams drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Willams jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Adam Willams will probably get the nod. That's time! Willams's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Lewis. Lewis is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Willams has escaped the position, nice work there. Willams sneaks back into half guard. Willams is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lewis's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lewis's back! Willams doesn't have the hooks in and Lewis manages to turn into his guard.
Willams keeping moving, preventing Lewis from controlling successfully. Willams working for a triangle but Lewis defends it easily.
Lewis must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Willams throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis chips away with some ground and pound. Lewis drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Willams manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lewis has Willams in his guard. Lewis is breathing heavily. Lewis looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Willams works over Lewis with some ground and pound from guard. Lewis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lewis escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Willams gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lewis is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Willams has his hands clasped together but Lewis extends an breaks Willams's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Lewis.
