Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Tyler!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Tyler enables Ferrjesus to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tyler manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Ferrjesus stands up over Tyler, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Ferrjesus wants to pass the guard but Tyler is keeping the position.
Tyler manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ferrjesus tries to hold on but Tyler pushes him away.
Ferrjesus is looking to get to half guard.
Tyler working for a guillotine from mount but Ferrjesus is in no mood to give up.
Ferrjesus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tyler on the ground.

Tyler seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Ferrjesus is holding on tight.

Ferrjesus avoids a series of strikes thrown by Tyler.
Tyler wants to control the pace but Ferrjesus is squirming around nicely.

Ferrjesus keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Tyler working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Ferrjesus tries to hold on but Tyler postures up.
Tyler tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Ferrjesus is squirming around, avoiding Tyler's attempts to control the action.

Tyler can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ferrjesus is looking to escape.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jake Tyler was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Tyler throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ferrjesus counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Tyler looks gassed!
Tyler missing with a left hand there. Ferrjesus was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Tyler takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ferrjesus tries to clinch there but Tyler circles away.

Tyler falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ferrjesus decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tyler's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ferrjesus wants to stand but Tyler is controlling his posture from full guard.

Ferrjesus loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Tyler is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Ferrjesus frees his head nicely. Oh but Tyler has switched to an armbar! Ferrjesus is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
