Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ador King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Wilkon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ador King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andre Wilkon!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Wilkon.
King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wilkon tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wilkon to the ground. Wilkon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
King throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wilkon.
King fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Wilkon tries to bum rush King with a series of wild strikes but King uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
King looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wilkon is fending him off so far but King persists. Nope, Wilkon circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ador King. That's going to take a lot out of him.
King tries to clinch up.
King fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wilkon avoids it really well and circles away.

Wilkon clinches.
King tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wilkon smiles and moves away.
Wilkon dives in and grabs King's left leg, looking for a takedown. King pushes down on Wilkon's head and hops out.

Wilkon ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
King throws a body kick that misses.
King fails with a takedown attempt.
King looks for a takedown but Wilkon sprawls well.
King throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Wilkon's head.
Wilkon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Wilkon scores a takedown into full mount!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Wilkon lands a heavy elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
King tries to hold on but Wilkon pushes him away.
King is trying to stand.
Wilkon is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. King can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
King can't escape the position.

King is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

King's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

King can't escape the position.
Wilkon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as King is looking to escape.
Wilkon throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
King is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
King is working hard here to advance position.
Wilkon cracks King with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
King is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Wilkon avoids the attempt from King to control.

Wilkon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as King is looking to escape.
Wilkon pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

King is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Wilkon is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Wilkon throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
King tries to clinch

and Wilkon counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Wilkon.

Wilkon thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed King's head.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Wilkon lands a nice short elbow.
Wilkon is trying to control the action in half guard but King is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Wilkon thows a huge punch but King dodges it nicely.
King is looking for a sweep. Wilkon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

King manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Wilkon stuffs the takedown attempt from King. King gets slowly back to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wilkon tries to close the distance and clinch but King swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Wilkon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King.
Andre Wilkon seems to be getting the better of the standup.
King closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wilkon circles away.

Wilkon fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but King is out of range.

King shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wilkon pinned against the cage. Wilkon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
King shoots in looking for a takedown but Wilkon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing King's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A nice inside leg kick there by King. That's going to slow Wilkon down.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Horrible takedown by King or perhaps it was just good defense by Wilkon which made him look bad.
King fails with an attempt to clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Andre Wilkon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!


Wilkon throws a half hearted mid kick.
King shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wilkon counters with a lovely straight right hand!
King shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wilkon sprawls well. Wilkon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. King gets slowly back to his feet.
A left lands for Wilkon.
King is looking to clinch.

King closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wilkon is looking to control King's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wilkon avoid being mounted?
King thows a huge punch but Wilkon dodges it nicely.
King is trying to control. Wilkon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Wilkon gets full guard.
Wilkon wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and King is now in half guard.
King is looking to take a break and control but Wilkon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
King passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Wilkon!
King trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Wilkon is wriggling around trying to escape.

Wilkon is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
King scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Wilkon keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Wilkon takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
King sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Wilkon really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

King wants to finish this one by submission but Wilkon is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from King.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Wilkon hang on?

King blocks Wilkon's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Wilkon tries to hold on but King postures up.
Wilkon is squirming around, avoiding King's attempts to control the action.
Wilkon wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
King is trying to stick to Wilkon's back but Wilkon is turning into King. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in King's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Wilkon.

King has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Wilkon off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

King closes the distance and clinches.
King is working for takedown but Wilkon is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ador King. That's going to take a lot out of him.

King throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Wilkon wants to break free but King has control.

King decides to pull guard.

King looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
King working a defensive guard but Wilkon manages to pass into side control anyway.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wilkon is putting a hurting on King here, landing some big shots from side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
King wants to control but Wilkon postures up.
Ador King has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Andre Wilkon is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Wilkon is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, King has escaped the position, nice work there.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ador King showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Wilkon has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
