Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stefan Kowalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artur Kloc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Stefan Kowalski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Artur Kloc! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Kowalski preventing the sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kloc has control of Kowalski's left arm, preventing Kowalski from doing any damage. Kloc is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kloc looks to land a strike but Kowalski avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Kloc is in close to Kowalski's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kloc trying to control but Kowalski is working from the bottom. Kloc postures up in Kowalski's guard and throws a big left but Kowalski blocks it. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kloc's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Kowalski keeping moving, preventing Kloc from controlling successfully. Kloc loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kloc trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kloc is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Kloc trying to control but Kowalski is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kowalski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kloc wants to pass the guard but Kowalski is keeping the position. Kowalski keeping moving, preventing Kloc from controlling successfully. Kowalski pulls Kloc in close to his closed guard and prevents Kloc from doing any damage or advancing position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Artur Kloc hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Kloc fails with the takedown and Kowalski counters with a nice double leg into guard. Kowalski has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kloc looks gassed!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kloc is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Kowalski is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Kloc looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kowalski is taking a breather. Kloc says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Kowalski prevents Kloc from improving his position. Kowalski controlling the action here. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. The ref stands the fighters back up. Stefan Kowalski wasn't doing enough on the ground. Kloc misses with a takedown and Kowalski counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kloc won't be happy with that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kloc tries to improve position but can't. Kowalski advances nicely into full mount. Kowalski controlling his opponent. Kowalski has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Kowalski prevents Kloc from getting the reversal.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kloc tries to lock up and control but Kowalski gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kloc is wriggling around trying to escape.
Kowalski takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kloc is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Kloc is looking to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kowalski controlling his opponent. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Kloc tries to hold on but Kowalski postures up. Kloc tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kowalski controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stefan Kowalski dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Kowalski dives in and scores a takedown into Kloc's guard. Kloc managing to control the position. Kloc wants to sweep here but Kowalski controlling him for the moment. Kloc takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kowalski is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kowalski seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kloc for as long as he can get away with. Kloc trying to keep a closed guard but Kowalski is proving a slippery customer.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kloc shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kowalski counters with a single leg into guard. Kloc didn't expect that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kloc wants to improve his position but instead Kowalski has moved into half guard.

Kloc is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Kowalski jumps into side control! Kloc is trying to improve his position. Kowalski just content to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kowalski is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kloc is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kowalski is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kloc will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Kloc tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kloc wants to control but Kowalski postures up. Kloc is trying to get back to half guard. Artur Kloc has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kloc prevents Kowalski from moving into mount. Stefan Kowalski is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kloc tries to bench press Kowalski off him but Kowalski keeps the position. Kowalski remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kloc tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Stefan Kowalski showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kowalski has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
