Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jaack Hitting (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Evaby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler Evaby has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jaack Hitting!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyler Evaby!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evaby misses with a body punch
and Hitting holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Evaby wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hitting has him pressed against the cage.
Hitting tries to score a body lock takedown but Evaby shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Hitting is working for takedown but Evaby is calmly controlling the position for now.
Hitting's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Evaby missing with knees to the body.
Evaby fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hitting lands with a right to the head.
A short right from Hitting on the inside.
Evaby fails to pull guard.
Evaby tries to land a knee to the head but Hitting blocks with his arms.
Evaby jumps guard but Hitting stands there with Evaby around his waist. Evaby gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jaack Hitting has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyler Evaby.
Evaby tries to pull guard but Hitting won't allow it.
Evaby is pressed up against the cage. Hitting has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Evaby down to the mat. Evaby avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Evaby takes the fight into the clinch.
Evaby tries to pull guard but Hitting holds him up against the cage and eventually Evaby drops back down to his feet.
Evaby escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hitting lands a nice shot to the body.
Evaby closes the distance and clinches up with Hitting, looking for a takedown. Evaby pushes Hitting against the cage but Hitting circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Evaby stuffs the takedown attempt from Hitting. Hitting gets slowly back to his feet.
Evaby tries to clinch up
and Hitting counters by moving into the clinch.
Evaby tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hitting just stands there and leans against the cage.
Evaby pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Evaby wants to clinch
and Hitting counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hitting.
Evaby lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Hitting is trying to get back to full guard.
Hitting knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Evaby on the ground.
Nice strikes from Evaby there.
Hitting is breathing heavily.
Evaby passes the guard and advances to mount!
Hitting tries to lock up and control but Evaby gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hitting is desperately trying to improve his position but Evaby has a good base and remains in mount.
Hitting is working hard here to advance position.
Evaby scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Hitting?

Evaby lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Evaby has control of Hitting's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hitting regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Evaby cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Evaby fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Evaby landing shots from mount.

Evaby lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Evaby lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Hitting hang on?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Evaby working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Hitting turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Evaby off and cradles Hitting's limp body as Evaby celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Tyler Evaby!
