Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frederick Barbarossa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frederick Barbarossa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Kidd! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kidd is looking to clinch but Barbarossa is avoiding it.
Barbarossa scores with a nice head shot. Kidd wants to clinch. Kidd on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kidd wants to clinch up but Barbarossa keeps it at a distance. Kidd shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Barbarossa goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Kidd fails in his attempt to clinch. Kidd tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barbarossa swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kidd tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Barbarossa paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kidd tries to clinch up but Barbarossa circles away and keeps his distance. Kidd moves in looking to clinch but Barbarossa pushes him off. Kidd tries to clinch and Barbarossa cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Barbarossa catches Kidd with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Barbarossa clobbers Kidd with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Kidd looks to clinch and Barbarossa counters with a nice uppercut. Barbarossa scores with a jab. Kidd acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Kidd is looking to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barbarossa jabs Kidd to the body, keeping him at a distance. Barbarossa throws a right and a left that both miss. Barbarossa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Barbarossa smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Barbarossa dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Barbarossa tests Kidd's chin there with a solid looking shot. Barbarossa scores with a sloppy right hand. Kidd should have avoided that one. Kidd takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Barbarossa scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. This has been an exciting period of action! Kidd walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kidd tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Barbarossa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kidd is looking to clinch. Barbarossa lunges at Kidd with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kidd's hand. Kidd tries to clinch but Barbarossa moves out of range. Barbarossa lands a really nice looking cross but Kidd seems unphased.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Barbarossa scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Kidd is looking to clinch but Barbarossa is avoiding it.
Kidd tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barbarossa swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kidd walks into a straight right hand from Barbarossa. Kidd tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Barbarossa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Frederick Barbarossa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barbarossa avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kidd fails in his attempt to clinch. Barbarossa uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kidd has time to react. Barbarossa is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Kidd moves to clinch but Barbarossa breaks away and Barbarossa counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Kidd looks gassed! Barbarossa digs a good hook to Kidd's body.

It looks like Adam Kidd has been cut. Barbarossa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kidd looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Kidd takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Barbarossa scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Barbarossa with a body punch. A glancing blow. Kidd's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Barbarossa connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kidd scrambles back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Left hook, right uppercut from Barbarossa. Barbarossa throws a series of strikes that have Kidd backpedaling.
Kidd is rocked! Barbarossa cracks Kidd with a good jab. Kidd is still on wobbly legs! Can Barbarossa finish him? Barbarossa slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Barbarossa connects with a crisp jab. Kidd takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Barbarossa lands with a shot to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Kidd takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kidd seems to have recovered his senses. Barbarossa punishes Kidd's body with a nice straight punch. Barbarossa scores with a shot to the body.
Kidd is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Barbarossa lands a nice hook to Kidd's body. Kidd takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Barbarossa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Kidd has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Kidd takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Nice uppercut lands for Barbarossa. That snapped Kidd's head back.
Barbarossa darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Barbarossa feints a jab promting Kidd to slip. Barbarossa then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Kidd slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jab, jab by Barbarossa - just one landing. Barbarossa connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kidd. Kidd circles away out of range and recomposes himself. A jab lands there for Barbarossa. A lazy left from Barbarossa finds it's target. Kidd doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Kidd takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Left hook, right uppercut from Barbarossa. Barbarossa lands with a right hand. Barbarossa cracks Kidd with a right hand to the side of the head. Nice cross by Barbarossa. Barbarossa lands with a right hand. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Barbarossa sizes up Kidd with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Barbarossa scores with a jab to the jaw. Barbarossa scores with a punch to the head. Barbarossa lands a nice shot to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frederick Barbarossa dominated that round. The cut man is working on Adam Kidd's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kidd takes one to the chin there. Kidd takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kidd might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Barbarossa has got the better of the exchanges. Kidd tries to clinch but Barbarossa is having none of it. Kidd wants to clinch and Barbarossa counters with a right hand to the body. Barbarossa thuds his right hand into Kidd's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kidd takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Barbarossa lands with a shot to the body. Barbarossa cracks Kidd with an open hand slap. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Barbarossa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kidd looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Kidd is breathing heavily. Barbarossa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Adam Kidd is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Barbarossa lands a jab to Kidd's midsection. Barbarossa scores with a jab. Kidd acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barbarossa lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Barbarossa throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kidd stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Barbarossa digs a good body shot into Kidd's ribs. Kidd walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. A jab lands there for Barbarossa. Barbarossa sizes up Kidd with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. The fighters circle momentarily. Barbarossa darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kidd on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Barbarossa connects with a single shot there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nice jab there from Barbarossa. Kidd with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Barbarossa to score with a decent uppercut. Barbarossa connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Barbarossa fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Barbarossa connects with a body shot that sends Kidd's belly button to the back. Barbarossa lands a nice shot that snaps Kidd's head back.
Oooooh!!! Barbarossa has knocked Kidd down with a huge combo! Barbarossa steps away and waves a wobbly Kidd back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barbarossa lands with a right that hurts Kidd. Kidd looks to clinch but Barbarossa throws a short knee that drops Kidd. This one is all over!
