Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Icke Huna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matias Alderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alderson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dark moon High tide. Icke Huna has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Icke Huna! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matias Alderson! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alderson clinches. Huna prevents a takedown attempt there.
Huna tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Alderson smiles and moves away.
Huna fails with the takedown and Alderson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Alderson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Alderson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Huna is keeping the position for now. Alderson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Matias Alderson wasn't active enough on the ground. Alderson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Huna is breathing heavily. Alderson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Alderson has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Huna is trying to keep an underhook but Alderson manages to get the takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Alderson is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Alderson looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Huna has one foot on Alderson's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Icke Huna seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alderson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Huna quickly recovers to half guard. Alderson slows the pace down in half guard. Alderson's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Alderson looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Huna blocking the ground and pound attempt from Alderson. Alderson maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Huna could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Alderson has cracked it and Huna is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Alderson!
