Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rock Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khru Kang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Time. Kang has chosen Goldberg Entrance Theme by WCW as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Hard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hard shoots in and bounces Kang off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Kang thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Hard wants to pass the guard but Kang is keeping the position.
Kang looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hard is one step ahead there.
Hard controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Kang looking for a guillotine here but Hard defends easily.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hard.
Hard blocks a head kick by Kang.

Hard scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Kang wants to control but Hard postures up.
Kang gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Hard is looking to pass Kang's guard but actually Kang recovers to full guard.
Kang wants to stand but Hard is controlling the position.

Hard pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kang is keeping the position for now.
Kang not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Hard prevents Kang from getting back to his feet.

Hard drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kang manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hard has Kang in his guard.

Hard has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kang is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hard.

Kang frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Hard is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hard is working hard here to advance position.
Kang can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hard is looking to escape.

Kang is landing with some decent strikes but Hard is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Hard tries to hold on but Kang pushes him away.
Hard slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Hard is looking to improve his position.
Hard is not content to let Kang control the position.
Kang lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Hard is looking to improve his position.
Kang wants to take a breather but Hard is having none of it.

Kang is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hard defends it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Rock Hard will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Hard moves into the clinch successfully.
Kang avoiding damage as Hard throws knees to the body.
Hard works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Hard goes for a takedown attempt but Kang pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The fighters circling - Hard throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kang tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Kang drives through and clinches with Hard against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hard misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kang.

Hard has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kang avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Kang gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rock Hard. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hard tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kang just stands there and leans against the cage.

Hard drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kang gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hard has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kang is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Hard tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kang just stands there and leans against the cage.

Kang breaks the clinch.
Kang connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hard's hands.

and Kang counters with a left and a right that hurts Hard! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Kang jumps into full mount!

Hard is rocked!
A big strike lands for Kang! That's really hurt Hard and he's turned his back - Kang keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Kang Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Khru Kang!
Khru Kang is the new heavyweight champion!
