Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joe The KO Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Inamand Ivalest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ivalest has chosen Psycroptic - The Colour Of Sleep as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joe The KO Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Inamand Ivalest! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The KO Man shoots for a takedown but Ivalest saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. The KO Man displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ivalest throws out the jab. The KO Man has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ivalest. Ivalest throws a leg kick which misses The KO Man's front leg but catches the back leg as The KO Man tries to avoid it. Ivalest walks into a stiff left hand from The KO Man. The KO Man tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ivalest swivels and escapes. Inamand Ivalest seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The KO Man shoots in looking for a takedown. Ivalest tries to sprawl out of it but The KO Man keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ivalest manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe The KO Man. That's going to take a lot out of him. The KO Man throws a looping overhand right but Ivalest ducks down to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ivalest looks to land a combination but The KO Man avoids it well. The KO Man misses with a takedown attempt - Ivalest sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ivalest throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

The KO Man shoots for a double leg takedown but Ivalest sprawls well. He's pushed The KO Man's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ivalest wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. The KO Man gets slowly back to his feet. Ivalest throws a nice looking combination but The KO Man bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. The KO Man will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ivalest tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Inamand Ivalest is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The KO Man uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ivalest. Ivalest swings for the body but The KO Man moves out of range.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. The KO Man fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ivalest avoids it really well and circles away. Nice takedown defense from Ivalest. No joy for The KO Man on that attempt. and The KO Man counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A big left from The KO Man misses. The KO Man blocks a low kick nicely. The KO Man drops his hands momentarily and Ivalest takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Ivalest throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ivalest slaps away a takedown attempt from The KO Man, before circling back to the center of the mat. The KO Man checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Ivalest pivots, looking for a leg kick but The KO Man is out of range and Ivalest settles back down. The KO Man showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ivalest.

The fighters circling - The KO Man throws out the jab but it was never going to land. The KO Man tries for a takedown but Ivalest sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ivalest throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ivalest keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Inamand Ivalest. Well Ivalest has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
