4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Liam James! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Alexander as he avoids it easily. Alexander lands with a thumping leg kick.
James misses with an attempted mid kick.
Alexander gets caught napping as James dives in and scores a takedown. Alexander manages to retain guard. James wants to pass the guard but Alexander is keeping the position. James must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. James preventing the sweep. James wants to control from the top but Alexander keeps moving. Alexander is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! James rolls with it to try and escape but Alexander cranks on the arm and James is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
