Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sydney Bussel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Murphy Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy Harris is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sydney Bussel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Murphy Harris! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bussel moves into the clinch successfully.

Bussel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Harris misses the jab. Bussel really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Harris gets tackled into the ropes by Bussel. Bussel maintains the clinch. Bussel taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Bussel tries to land knees in the clinch but Harris avoids the damage to the body. Bussel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Harris throws a lazy head kick and Bussel counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bussel. Bussel breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Bussel throws a knee to the head but misses.

Harris steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Bussel. That one must have hurt. Bussel looks to land a combination but Harris avoids it well. A head kick by Harris misses and Bussel counters with a head kick that drops Harris to the mat! Harris scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Harris is rocked! Bussel clinches with his opponent.
Harris is still on wobbly legs! Can Bussel finish him? This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Harris tries to circle away but Bussel has him pinned against the ropes. Harris wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Bussel has Harris pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Harris is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Bussel - that's hurt Harris badly! Oh, another knee lands and Harris is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Harris doesn't seem to be complaining.
