The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Glhin lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Georgesten slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Georgesten shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Georgesten was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Georgesten throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Georgesten has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Glhin is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Glhin's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? Georgesten throws a sloppy strike and Glhin uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Glhin has ended up in Georgesten's guard.
Glhin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Georgesten. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Glhin wanted to stand there but Georgesten had control of the position. Glhin being controlled here momentarily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Glhin is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Georgesten has just dragged him back down to the mat. Georgesten lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Glhin down.
