Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Christ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cameron St James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Christ's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, All that Heavenly Glory. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jesus Christ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cameron St James! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Christ feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Christ looking to pass the guard. St James bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Christ's guard. St James wants to control from the top but Christ keeps moving. Christ is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Christ wants to sweep here but St James controlling him for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. St James landing some decent shots from guard. Christ is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. St James is staying active underneath Christ, who seems content to just control the action from this position. St James looking for submissions off his back. St James moves into full guard.
Christ might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Christ throws a big right hand that misses. Christ pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. St James is keeping the position for now. There's a bit of a scramble here and now St James is on top in guard.
St James makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Christ not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

St James has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. St James throws a big right hand that misses. St James postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. St James connects with a couple of short punches. Christ avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Christ looking for a guillotine here but St James defends easily.
Christ keeping moving, preventing St James from controlling successfully. Christ keeping full guard, as St James tries to pass. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! St James is pushing down on Christ's leg trying to pass to half guard. Christ is fighting to maintain full guard but St James has managed to sneak the leg through. St James missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Nice strikes from St James there. Christ moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St James works a leg free and moves into half guard. St James is trying to control. Christ wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. St James is controlling the pace.
St James prevents Christ from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Christ manages to get to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. St James trying to control the position from guard on top but Christ is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. St James is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Christ working for a triangle but St James defends it easily.
Christ keeping moving, preventing St James from controlling successfully. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. St James throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cameron St James dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Christ tries for a takedown but St James sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Christ closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. St James wants to improve his position but Christ is controlling well.
Christ is working for a submission of some sort.
St James tries to get to full guard but Christ has control of the leg. St James moves into full guard.
Christ working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Christ won't allow St James to sweep him here. Christ stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. St James swivels though and keeps the full guard. Christ working some strikes from top position. Christ pushes down on St James's leg and manages to get into half guard. Christ is sneakily working for an arm triangle but St James sees it coming and defends easily.

St James pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Christ is tapping out - this one is all over!
