Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas fails with the takedown
and Reti counters with a single leg into guard. Thomas didn't expect that.

Reti drops back, looking for a kneebar! Thomas looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Thomas looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Thomas!

Thomas goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Reti has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Thomas but great work by Reti.

The referee asks Reti politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Reti prefers to stall for the moment though.
