Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Escobar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Carrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Escobar comes to the cage accompanied by Dr. Kitch. Carrey has chosen When the man comes around - Johnny Cash as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pablo Escobar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Carrey! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carrey has his takedown stuffed and Escobar counters by moving into the clinch. Escobar tries to land a knee to the head but Carrey blocks with his arms.
A nice left hand lands by Escobar.
Carrey dodges an elbow strike from Escobar.
Carrey tries to score a body lock takedown but Escobar shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Escobar tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Carrey's elbow. Escobar working Carrey over with knees to the body. Carrey is working for takedown but Escobar is calmly controlling the position for now. Pablo Escobar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Carrey. Escobar utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Escobar misses with a knee to the head. Carrey can't get the takedown.
Carrey is working for takedown but Escobar is calmly controlling the position for now. Carrey has Escobar pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Escobar manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Carrey is trying to drag Escobar to the mat but Escobar just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Escobar displaying some good clinch control by pressing Carrey up against the cage. Escobar missing with knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carrey changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Escobar fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Escobar keeps Carrey at a distance using the push kick. Carrey tries for a takedown but Escobar circles away easily and Escobar counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Carrey shoots and misses and Escobar counters with a good low kick that Carrey was not able to check. Carrey looks gassed! Carrey misses with a takedown and Escobar moves into the clinch. Escobar has Carrey pressed against the cage.
Escobar pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Escobar moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Carrey gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Escobar counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Carrey thinking. Escobar misses with a series of wild punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Escobar fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Escobar scoring well with a low kick there.
Carrey has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Jab from Escobar. Carrey fails with the takedown letting Escobar counter with a right hand.
Carrey is rocked! Carrey drops his hands for a split second and Escobar immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Carrey face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Escobar follows up with a right hand that knocks Carrey into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
