Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Salocin Zerep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peterson comes to the cage accompanied by Remember the Name by Fort Minor. Salocin Zerep has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zerep lands a really nice looking cross but Peterson seems unphased.
Peterson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Zerep's waist but Zerep gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Peterson off to one side.
Peterson shoots in for a double leg but Zerep sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Peterson here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
