Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiberio Celentano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Celentano might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Godfather Theme Song. Tiberio Celentano has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Celentano throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ryan counters by clinching up.
Ryan misses with a body punch.
Ryan gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Celentano is looking to improve his position.
Ryan is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Celentano!
Celentano is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ryan controlling the position easily from mount.
Celentano bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Celentano tries to free his leg and advance position but Ryan is retaining full guard.

Ryan is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Celentano has gone for a leg lock! Ryan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Celentano's guard.
Celentano is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Ryan frees his head nicely. Oh but Celentano has switched to an armbar! Ryan is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
