Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Shaun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rio Ferdinant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaun's entrance music is The Soviettes - "#1 Is Number Two". A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferdinant is looking to land body kicks.
No luck for Shaun with that takedown attempt.
Ferdinant tries to clinch but Shaun moves out of range.
Shaun throws a head kick but Ferdinant moves out of range.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Ferdinant. Shaun shrugs it off though.
Ferdinant blocks a low kick nicely.
Ferdinant connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Ferdinant gets caught flat footed, as Shaun shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Ferdinant has his feet on Shaun's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Shaun shoots in for a double leg but Ferdinant sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ferdinant lands a nice looking kick to the body. Shaun takes a step back to recover.
Shaun keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ferdinant stuffs the takedown.

Shaun wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ferdinant keeps working.
