The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Telemundo throws a lazy right hand but Trooper sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Telemundo throws a poor cross that misses
and Trooper counters with a three punch combo that has Telemundo backing up. Telemundo nods at Trooper to acknowledge the strikes.
Trooper avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Trooper is looking to clinch but Telemundo is avoiding it.
Trooper tries to close the distance and clinch up but Telemundo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A telegraphed right hand from Telemundo misses the target.
Trooper rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Telemundo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Telemundo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Telemundo misses with a left hand
enabling Trooper to counter with a crisp jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Telemundo swings for the body but Trooper moves out of range.
Trooper has a takedown stuffed.
Telemundo gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Telemundo rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Trooper counters with a straight right hand.
Sloppy strikes from Trooper. Those never looked like landing.
Trooper misses with a series of wild punches.
Telemundo is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Trooper tries to clinch but Telemundo moves out of range.

Telemundo loads up on a big right hand but Trooper slips the punch.
Telemundo scores with a punch to the head.
It looks like Super Trooper has been cut.
Telemundo swinging wildly here.
Trooper tries to clinch but Telemundo is having none of it.
Trooper lands a jab.
Telemundo misses with a left hand
and Trooper counters by moving into the clinch.
Trooper pulls guard effortlessly.
Trooper will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Trooper looking for a guillotine here but Telemundo defends easily.
Trooper is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Telemundo defends well.

Trooper had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Telemundo defends it easily.
Telemundo has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Trooper is proving hard to escape from.
Trooper has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Telemundo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Trooper is looking for a triangle but Telemundo pushes his legs off easily.
Telemundo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Trooper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Telemundo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Trooper has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Telemundo has managed to get both his arms back between Trooper's legs - danger averted.
Telemundo avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Trooper is on top in guard.
Trooper drops back looking for a leg! Telemundo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Telemundo manages to kick Trooper off! Trooper jumps back into Telemundo's guard.
Trooper thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Trooper missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Super Trooper dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Super Trooper's cut.
That's time! Trooper's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Trooper counters with a stiff right hand.
Trooper scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Trooper seems to be working for a kimura but Telemundo defends the submission attempt.
Trooper throwing shots but Telemundo is blocking nicely.
Trooper is looking for a kimura but Telemundo is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Trooper to get the leverage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Telemundo is not content to let Trooper control the position.

Trooper drops an elbow to the side of Telemundo's head.
Trooper wants to lay and pray for a moment but Telemundo keeps working.
Trooper passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Telemundo!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Trooper is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Telemundo is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Telemundo flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Trooper anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Telemundo and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Trooper slips an arm under Telemundo chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Trooper has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Trooper is squeezing on Telemundo like an anaconda would it's prey. Telemundo fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Super Trooper!
