Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jhon Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hari Rama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rama has chosen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Rap Music as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jhon Sullivan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hari Rama! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan cracks Rama with a right hand to the side of the head. Rama shoots in and drives through. Sullivan sprawls well. Rama avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rama on the wrong end of a nice hook. Sullivan swinging wildly here.
No joy there for Sullivan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
No luck for Rama with that takedown attempt. Rama drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Rama is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Sullivan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sullivan keeping moving, preventing Rama from controlling successfully. Sullivan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rama controls the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Hari Rama. Sullivan looks to land a right hand but Rama moved out of range. Jhon Sullivan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Some wild striking there from Sullivan.
Sullivan throws a combination that misses and Rama counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Rama trying to control but Sullivan is working from the bottom. Rama has gone for a leg lock! Sullivan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rama's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rama is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sullivan defends well. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rama working for a triangle but Sullivan defends it easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rama is on top in guard.
Sullivan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rama on the ground. Rama thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rama not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Rama wants to control from the top but Sullivan keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sullivan keeping full guard, as Rama tries to pass. Rama stays in close to Sullivan's body and controls the position. Sullivan keeping moving, preventing Rama from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Sullivan being controlled here, momentarily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jhon Sullivan has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Sullivan misses with an uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hari Rama dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Rama closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Rama is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sullivan defends it well. Rama is trying for a kimura here. Sullivan looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Rama wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Hari Rama!
