Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dante Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and LieHarder Machete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dante Carver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, LieHarder Machete! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carver misses with a combination
and Machete counters with a big head kick but Carver shrugs it off. Carver throws a low kick, looking for Machete's leg but Machete calmly moves out of range. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Carver, as that shot connected.
Carver scores with a sloppy right hand. Machete should have avoided that one. Machete gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Carver to score an easy takedown into full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carver passes Machete's left leg - he's now in half guard. Carver is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Carver is trying to control the action in half guard but Machete is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carver trying to control from Machete's half guard. Machete has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Carver engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Machete looking for a guillotine here but Carver defends easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Carver has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Carver wants to control from the top but Machete keeps moving.
Dante Carver has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Carver fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Machete sprawls well initially but Carver persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Carver perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Machete has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Carver is working away from the top position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carver controlling the action here. Carver seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Machete is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
