Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Karl Grossman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chrissy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grossman kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Devil's Rejects. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grossman pushes Jones up against the cage in a clinch.
Grossman lands a body punch in the clinch.
Jones wants a takedown.
Grossman landing knees to the head.
Grossman lands a left hand that snaps the head of Jones backwards.
Grossman gets underhooks to prevent Jones's takedown attempt.
Jones is trying to break the clinch but Grossman has him pressed against the cage.
Grossman lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Chrissy Jones has been cut.

Grossman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jones needs to keep his hands up - Grossman had a free shot at his head there.
Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Grossman swivels and escapes.
Karl Grossman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chrissy Jones.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Grossman gets through Jones's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Grossman dips a shoulder and cracks Jones with a mighty uppercut! Jones falls back against the cage and Grossman unloads with a barrage of strikes! Jones is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Grossman screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Karl Grossman!
