Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johnson Briggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Deeds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Briggs's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Can't Be Touched. Deeds is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Palmdale by Afroman. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Johnson Briggs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mister Deeds!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deeds moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Deeds throws a head kick that misses.
Deeds takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Briggs tries to clinch up
and Deeds counters with a head kick. That will keep Briggs thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Deeds ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Briggs moves away.
Deeds leaves Briggs with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Deeds scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Briggs throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Deeds, right into the meat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Deeds shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Briggs wants to control but Deeds is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Briggs is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Deeds pulls his head out easily.
Briggs controlling the position for now.
Deeds really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Briggs. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Briggs taking some punishment here, with Deeds in his half guard.
Briggs has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Deeds. Oh but Briggs has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Deeds goes limp - he's gone! Briggs jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
