The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maynard throws a solid leg kick but Dodson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Maynard.

Dodson uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Dodson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Maynard is fending him off so far but Dodson persists. Nope, Maynard circles away and we're back to standing.
