Makkara seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Makkara is pressed up against the cage. Kiepski has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Makkara down to the mat. Makkara avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Kiepski takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Makkara moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Kiepski throws a wild hook but Makkara just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Kiepski gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Makkara raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nakki Makkara!
