Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabrial Worthington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter comes to the ring accompanied by The DOC vs Earshot. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Hunter! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gabrial Worthington! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Steve Montenegro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Worthington has his takedown stuffed and Hunter counters with a left and a right that stings Worthington. Worthington misses with a takedown attempt and Hunter counters with a nice double leg into guard. Worthington looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hunter passes into half guard.
Worthington wants to control the action here but instead Hunter manages to pass to full mount! Hunter trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Worthington is trying desperately to improve position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Worthington is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Worthington wants to hold on but Hunter pushes him away. Hunter is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Worthington to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Worthington shrugs it off. Worthington keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Hunter has control of Worthington's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Worthington regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Hunter is working for a guillotine from mount but Worthington frees his head quite easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Worthington tries to improve his position but Hunter has taken his back! Hunter has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Worthington tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Hunter pushes Worthington away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jake Hunter! Jake Hunter is the new middleweight champion!
