The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro has a takedown stuffed.
Ribeiro shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Roadshow is looking to improve his position but Ribeiro isn't that keen on the idea.

Ribeiro has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's time! Ribeiro's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Ribeiro cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ribeiro stalks Roadshow and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Roadshow's face. Roadshow staggers backwards, shaken.
That has opened up Antiq Roadshow's cut even more.
Roadshow lands a jab to the nose.
Ribeiro keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Roadshow misses with an attempted mid kick.
Roadshow scores with the left hand. Ribeiro knows he should have avoided that one.
Roadshow swings for the body but Ribeiro moves out of range.
Roadshow throws a leg kick but Ribeiro sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Gustavo Ribeiro is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Roadshow defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ribeiro.

Ribeiro on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Roadshow. Roadshow obviously looking to wear him down.
Roadshow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Roadshow lands a nice looking kick to the body. Ribeiro takes a step back to recover.
Ribeiro displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Roadshow throws out the jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ribeiro is defended easily by Roadshow.
Roadshow loads up on a big right hand but Ribeiro slips the punch.
Roadshow connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ribeiro's hands.

Roadshow throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

and Ribeiro counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Roadshow!
