Block throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Shutter was covering up waiting for the punch and Block finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Block thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Block won't allow Shutter to get back to his feet.
Block is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Block slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Block wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Shutter, who protects the arm well.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Block advances to full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Block is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Shutter has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Shutter!
Shutter wants to stand but Block has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shutter has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Block to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Shutter is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Block pulls down on the head and he's put Shutter to sleep! This one is all over!
