Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between HeavyWeight Prizefighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elias James Corey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prizefighter's entrance music is Under and Over it by ffdp. A fine choice. Corey has chosen Creedence Clearwater Revival: Bad Moon Rising as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, HeavyWeight Prizefighter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Elias James Corey! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prizefighter ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Prizefighter throws a sloppy head kick and Corey moves out of range easily. Prizefighter connects with a solid leg kick. A jab from Corey misses. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Prizefighter lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Corey has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Corey and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Prizefighter pivots, looking for a leg kick but Corey is out of range and Prizefighter settles back down. Prizefighter defending well as Corey loads up on a big left hand. Prizefighter misses with an attempted mid kick.
Prizefighter takes a shot right to the bread basket. Prizefighter tries a low kick but Corey avoids it. Prizefighter dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Corey. That did some damage! Corey throws an overhand right that lands on Prizefighter's shoulder, as Prizefighter tries to avoid the shot. Prizefighter staying out of range there. A swing and a miss from Corey. Corey tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Prizefighter was well out of range. Poor timing from Corey. Corey checks a leg kick. Corey lands a lovely overhand right. Prizefighter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prizefighter throws a low kick but Corey moves out of range easily. Good leg kick by Prizefighter there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Corey moves out of range as Prizefighter throws a body kick.
Corey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Prizefighter.
Corey will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Prizefighter throws a low kick but it's checked well by Corey. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Prizefighter. A nice inside leg kick there by Prizefighter. That's going to slow Corey down. Prizefighter tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Corey is able to avoid easily. Prizefighter looks for the body kick but Corey saw that one coming. Corey misses with a wild combination.
Corey checks a leg kick. Corey lands with a nice body punch. Prizefighter misses with a low kick.
Prizefighter throws a low kick, looking for Corey's leg but Corey calmly moves out of range. Corey is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corey avoids the head kick by Prizefighter.
Corey looks to land a right hand but Prizefighter moved out of range. Corey fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Corey throws a shot from downtown. Prizefighter moves away and avoids it. Corey takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Prizefighter moves out of range of the body kick. Prizefighter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Corey throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Corey moves out of range as Prizefighter throws a body kick.
Prizefighter takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Prizefighter swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A low kick from Prizefighter is predictable there and Corey counters with a shoot takedown. Prizefighter fights it but they end up in guard. Corey connects with a couple of short punches. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Prizefighter looking to control.
Prizefighter utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Corey throws a big right hand that misses. Corey wants to pass the guard but Prizefighter is keeping the position. Corey is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Corey throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Prizefighter avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Corey trying to control the position from guard on top but Prizefighter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Prizefighter is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Corey throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Prizefighter works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Corey works over Prizefighter with some ground and pound from guard. Corey chips away with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Prizefighter keeping moving, preventing Corey from controlling successfully. Corey missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Corey trying to control the position from guard on top but Prizefighter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Prizefighter working for a triangle but Corey defends it easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Corey trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Elias James Corey dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Prizefighter slips a jab from Corey. Prizefighter avoids a kick to the body.
Prizefighter connects with an inside leg kick. A solid leg kick lands there for Corey.
Prizefighter throws a push kick but Corey slaps the foot to one side. Prizefighter misses with a low kick as Corey jumps back. Elias James Corey seems to be getting the better of the standup. Corey throws a hook to the side of Prizefighter's head but Prizefighter sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Prizefighter thows a leg kick but Corey checks it and Corey counters with a takedown into side control. Prizefighter is looking to regain half guard here but Corey keeps moving and retains side control. Corey trying to control the position but Prizefighter is working away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Corey is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Elias James Corey has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prizefighter is trying to control Corey's posture but Corey avoids it. Prizefighter is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Corey is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Prizefighter is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Corey asserts his dominance and retains side control. Corey cracks Prizefighter with a big elbow. Corey working the ground and pound from side control. Corey with the ground and pound but Prizefighter regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Prizefighter is trying to maintain the position but Corey is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prizefighter is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Prizefighter is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Corey connects with a nice short shot to Prizefighter's temple. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Prizefighter is trying to stand up here but Corey is controlling him well. Corey working Prizefighter over with strikes. Corey scoring with strikes to the body and head. Prizefighter has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Corey is working away from the top position though. Prizefighter is looking to improve his position.
Corey is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Prizefighter is hurt! He's hurt bad - Corey fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Prizefighter from any more punishment! Congratulations to Corey! Great finish!
