Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Ester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Corvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corvia has chosen Al Kapone - You ain't stoppin me as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Greg Ester! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Corvia! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corvia shoots in and bounces Ester off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Corvia looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Ester working a defensive guard here.
Ester looking for a sweep. Not yet Ester, not yet. Corvia is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Ester looking for a sweep. Not yet Ester, not yet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Corvia drives through with a takedown into Ester's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Corvia tries to free his leg and advance position but Ester is retaining full guard. Ester working for a triangle but Corvia defends it easily.
Ester controls Corvia momentarily but Corvia frees himself. Ester can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Corvia controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Sean Corvia was stalling too much, according to the referee. Corvia gets a takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ester wants to get back to his feet.
Well, if Corvia is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Corvia thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Ester to regain full guard. Corvia is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Corvia trying to control but Ester is working from the bottom. Corvia wants to pass the guard but Ester is keeping the position. Ester is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Corvia defends well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Corvia controlling from the top position. Ester trying to keep a closed guard but Corvia is proving a slippery customer.
Ester looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Corvia trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Corvia thows a big elbow that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sean Corvia dominated that round. That's time! Ester's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ester misses with a takedown attempt - Corvia sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Corvia fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ester sprawls well initially but Corvia persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Corvia moves into full mount! Ester won't be happy about that! Ester tries to get back to half guard but can't. Corvia scoring with strikes but Ester is staying in there. Corvia working the ground and pound effectively.

That's one minute gone in the round. Corvia lands a big elbow. Corvia sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Corvia won't let Ester get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Corvia with shots to the head and body - Ester looks very uncomfortable down there. Corvia controlling the position easily from mount. Corvia lands a big elbow. This has been an exciting period of action! Ester is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corvia looking to control and managing it successfully. Corvia scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Corvia is in the full mount, landing strikes. A big strike lands for Corvia! That's really hurt Ester and he's turned his back - Corvia keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Corvia jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
