Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kasper Kessler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scotty Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kessler's entrance music is Black Eyed Peas - I Got A Feeling. A fine choice. Nguyen has chosen Tunak Tunak Tun as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Kessler swats away the attempt to clinch by Nguyen.

Kessler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nguyen manages to avoid it.

Kessler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kessler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nguyen is fending him off so far but Kessler persists. Nope, Nguyen circles away and we're back to standing.

Scotty Nguyen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Kessler shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kessler was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Nguyen is desperately trying to improve his position but Kessler has a good base and remains in mount.
