Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luis Alberto Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelianenko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Emelianenko gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Emelianenko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Emelianenko throws a series of punches but Perez avoids them all with ease. Perez forces Emelianenko back against the ropes and clinches. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Emelianenko seems frustrated at his inability to get double underhooks.
