Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Badr Hari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luigi Mario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Luigi Mario was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Badr Hari!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luigi Mario!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hari avoids the body shot from Mario.
Hari really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hari is defended easily by Mario.
Mario scores with a jab. Hari acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Hari fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hari throws a sloppy head kick
and Mario counters with a head kick.
Mario slaps away a takedown attempt from Hari, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Mario throws a series of punches but Hari moves out of range.
Nice takedown defense from Mario. No joy for Hari on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Badr Hari. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mario just misses with a punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mario misses with a hook. Hari ducked under it nicely.
Hari darts in trying to clinch
and Mario counters with a good low kick that Hari was not able to check.
Hari shoots in for a double leg but Mario sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hari is breathing heavily.
Mario throws a series of punches but Hari moves out of range.
Mario lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Mario throws out a loose jab but Hari uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mario circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hari changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mario tries to avoid it but Hari manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mario to the ground. Mario escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mario throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Hari is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hari is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Mario Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Hari is out cold, face down on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Luigi Mario!
