Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Koji Okano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Lee Rappaport (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Okano comes to the cage accompanied by Aalto - Resolution. Johnny Lee Rappaport is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rappaport fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Okano sprawls well initially but Rappaport persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Rappaport wants to take a breather but Okano is having none of it.

Johnny Lee Rappaport dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Okano keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Okano uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rappaport.
Okano feints and then cracks Rappaport's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rappaport down.

Rappaport throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Okano's waist but Okano gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rappaport off to one side.
Okano pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A nice leg kick lands there from Okano.
Rappaport shoots in for a double leg but Okano sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rappaport closes the distance and clinches up with Okano, looking for a takedown. Rappaport pushes Okano against the cage but Okano circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Koji Okano has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Lee Rappaport.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Okano.
Okano swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Okano throws a combination. Rappaport tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Johnny Lee Rappaport has been cut.

Okano stuffs the takedown attempt from Rappaport. Rappaport gets slowly back to his feet.
Okano throws a leg kick but Rappaport moved away.
Okano avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Okano throws out a loose jab but Rappaport uses good head movement to avoid it.
Okano drives through and clinches with Rappaport against the cage.

Rappaport shoots in looking for a takedown. Okano tries to sprawl out of it but Rappaport keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Okano manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rappaport is breathing heavily.
Rappaport walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rappaport misses with a takedown attempt - Okano sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Okano fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rappaport has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rappaport shoots in for a takedown but Okano shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Koji Okano is winning the standup battle so far.
Rappaport drops his hands momentarily and Okano takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Rappaport wants to stay close but Okano steps back to make room for something. Rappaport seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Okano and Rappaport drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Koji Okano!
