The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ondrus thows a left - swing and a miss!
Petr Ondrus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steller is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ondrus's half guard.
Steller throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Steller seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ondrus does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Steller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ondrus is rocked!
Steller lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Ondrus quite badly. Ondrus pulls Steller in close trying to recover. Steller postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Ondrus on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Ondrus doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mac Steller!
