Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Storman Norman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown throws a body punch but Norman moves out of range.
Brown stuns Norman with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brown throws a hook but Norman avoids it easily.
Norman misses with a straight right.
Brown throws a series of punches but Norman avoids them all with ease.
Brown lands a lovely overhand right.

Norman drives through with a takedown into guard.
Brown wants to sweep here but Norman controlling him for the moment.

Brown is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Norman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Brown working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Norman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Norman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Norman has hold of Brown's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Brown manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Norman lands with some strikes.
Norman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Brown tries to lock up and control but Norman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Brown is looking to improve his position but Norman isn't that keen on the idea.
Norman wants to control the pace but Brown is squirming around nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
