Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chase Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Walk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chase Evans! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Walk! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Evans looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Walk is fending him off so far but Evans persists. Nope, Walk circles away and we're back to standing. Walk should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Walk tries for a takedown but Evans circles away easily and Evans decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Walk's guard. Walk looking to control.
Walk is looking for a triangle but Evans pushes his legs off easily.
Evans stopping the sweep attempt from Walk. Evans advances to half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Walk manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Evans stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Walk swivels though and keeps the full guard. Evans drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Walk manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Evans has Walk in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walk tries to free his leg and advance position but Evans is retaining full guard. Walk slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Evans working for a triangle but Walk defends it easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Evans keeping full guard, as Walk tries to pass. Walk controlling from the top position. Evans wants to sweep here but Walk controlling him for the moment. Walk is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Evans working a defensive guard here.
Evans lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Walk!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walk is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Walk is in all sorts of trouble here.
Evans lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Evans is breathing heavily. Evans can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Walk is looking to escape. Poor strikes thrown by Evans there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Walk wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Evans.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Walk tries to lock up and control but Evans gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Walk slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Evans will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Walk trying to control but Evans postures up.

Walk misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Walk tries to kick Evans off but Evans keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chase Evans dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Evans misses with a takedown and Walk counters with an outside leg kick.
Walk gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Evans counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Walk won't allow Evans to pass to mount. Walk is trying to maintain the position but Evans is very close to passing his half guard. Evans is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Walk controlling the position well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Evans is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Walk wants to get back to his feet. Evans trying to control from half guard but Walk is working away. Evans is looking for a kimura but Walk is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Evans to get the leverage. Walk lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. Evans working the head and body with strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Evans moves nicely into side control. Walk is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Evans has knee on belly and moves into mount. Evans pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Walk is in all sorts of trouble here.
Evans has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Walk's face.
Walk is trying desperately to improve position. Walk is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Evans landing strikes, looking to finish! Walk is trying to escape the mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Evans jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Walk is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Walk and Evans has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Evans thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Walk is looking to reverse the position. Walk is trying to buck Evans off. Evans swings around for an armbar but Walk sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Evans's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Evans keeping moving, preventing Walk from controlling successfully. Walk not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Walk lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Walk sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Evans's guard. Walk takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Evans is looking to improve his position.
