Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

10 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Elmeri Hautamaki! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flores stuffs the takedown attempt from Hautamaki. Hautamaki gets slowly back to his feet. Hautamaki shoots in looking for a takedown but Flores manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hautamaki's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Flores sprawls well. Flores throws a right and a left that Hautamaki avoids nicely. Hautamaki shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Flores pinned against the cage. Flores gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A good leg kick by Flores. This has been an exciting period of action! Hautamaki moves out of range of the leg kick from Flores. Hautamaki fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Flores misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Elmeri Hautamaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hautamaki looks gassed! Flores throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Hautamaki shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Flores as he jumps to the side. Flores stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Flores wants it to stay on the feet. Jab, jab by Flores - just one landing. Hautamaki on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Flores is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hautamaki. Flores throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Flores attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Hautamaki misses with a takedown attempt - Flores sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hautamaki takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

That's eight minutes gone in the round. Flores lands a head kick that stumbles Hautamaki and the fighters go to the mat. Hautamaki keeping moving, preventing Flores from controlling successfully. Flores makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Flores throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Hautamaki controlling the position. Flores sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hautamaki's guard. Hautamaki avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Flores. Hautamaki is trying to get back to full guard. Flores is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hautamaki has managed to free his arm - good work. Hautamaki wants to get back to his feet. Hautamaki manages to get to full guard.
Flores drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Flores jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hautamaki gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Flores makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Hautamaki really felt that one! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Flores throws a nice head kick!

Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Flores! Hautamaki struggling a bit here. Hautamaki tries to improve position but can't. Flores tries for a kimura but Hautamaki is defending well. Hautamaki tries to escape but Flores is in control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flores in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Hautamaki is breathing heavily. Flores tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Flores working away. Flores is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hautamaki knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hautamaki is looking for a sweep. Flores has hold of Hautamaki's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hautamaki seems comfortable defending it but Flores has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hautamaki is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hautamaki is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Flores couldn't care less - he's delighted!
