Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sir Ringpull Beercan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alex Walker! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beercan throws a right hand that Walker ducks under and follows up with a left that Walker also avoids with ease. Beercan tries for a takedown but Walker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Walker gets a double leg takedown into Beercan's guard. Walker tries to free his leg and advance position but Beercan is retaining full guard. Walker passes easily into side control. Nice work. Beercan is looking to regain half guard here but Walker keeps moving and retains side control. Beercan trying to control but Walker flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
That's one minute gone in the round. Beercan is trying to break free.
Walker is persistently looking for the submission but Beercan is defending it well.
Beercan can't escape the position.
Walker is trying to stick to Beercan's back but Beercan is turning into Walker. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Walker's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Beercan. Beercan trying to control but Walker is working from the bottom. Walker looking for a sweep. Not yet Walker, not yet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Walker is adopting a defensive guard. Beercan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Walker swivels though and keeps the full guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Walker is on top in guard.

Walker slips nicely into half guard. Walker wants to work for an arm triangle but Beercan is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Beercan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Walker seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Beercan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beercan is looking to improve his position.
Beercan is working hard here to advance position. Walker maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Beercan could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Walker has cracked it and Beercan is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Walker!
