Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jon Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tohino Cerezo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Jon Davis has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jon Davis seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cerezo throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Jon Davis has been cut.
Davis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A telegraphed right hand from Davis misses the target.
Davis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cerezo's waist but Cerezo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Davis off to one side.
A right-left combo lands from Cerezo.

Davis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Davis prevents Cerezo from standing back up.
Davis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Cerezo is looking to get back to is feet but Davis passes into side control.
Davis working away.
Cerezo is looking for a sweep.
Davis moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Cerezo bucks up and tries to throw Davis off but instead Davis has got his back!
A bit of a pause in the action here. Davis controlling the positon.
Davis tries to get the hooks in deep but Cerezo pushed the leg off.
Cerezo holding both Davis 's hands and preventing any damage.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Davis's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Cerezo is trying to get back to his feet but Davis has full control of the position and if anything, Cerezo has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Davis is working the ground and pound. Can Cerezo escape?

Davis working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Davis is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.

Cerezo manages to reverse the position and now he's in Davis's guard. Nice work there by Cerezo.

Davis has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Cerezo doesn't defend quickly enough and Davis has managed to lock this one up! Can Cerezo escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Davis on a fantastic submission victory.
