The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Jong fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Puska to the ground. De Jong is now in Puska's guard.
De Jong is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Puska is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Puska has escaped and now he's on top!
De Jong preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

De Jong has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Puska is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Puska is working for a submission of some sort.
De Jong wants to improve his position but Puska is controlling well.

De Jong wants to control but Puska is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Puska misses with a head shot. De Jong uses the momentum to regain guard.

De Jong working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Puska doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Puska manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Puska is pushing down on De Jong's leg trying to pass to half guard. De Jong is fighting to maintain full guard but Puska has managed to sneak the leg through.
Puska has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
De Jong is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Puska takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Puska lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De Jong is trying to escape the mount.

Puska looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Puska throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Puska with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Puska has hold of De Jong's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and De Jong manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
