Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nik Nechvidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Medved Volohander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nik Nechvidov looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 14 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nik Nechvidov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Medved Volohander! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Volohander keeps the fight on the outside. Nechvidov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Volohander fails in his attempt to clinch. Volohander defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nechvidov. Volohander tries to clinch but Nechvidov is having none of it. Volohander wants to clinch up but Nechvidov keeps it at a distance. Nechvidov fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Volohander rushes Nechvidov and presses him up against the cage. Volohander breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Volohander cracks Nechvidov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Nik Nechvidov has been cut. A left and a right from Volohander both land. Nice combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Volohander cracks Nechvidov with an open hand slap. Nechvidov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Volohander darts in and clinches Nechvidov up against the cage. Volohander breaks from the clinch.
Volohander gets a clinch. Volohander's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nik Nechvidov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nechvidov gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Volohander tries to close the distance and clinch but Nechvidov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Volohander wants to clinch up but Nechvidov keeps it at a distance. Volohander connects with a body shot that sends Nechvidov's belly button to the back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice uppercut lands for Volohander. That snapped Nechvidov's head back.
Volohander tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Volohander slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Nechvidov is rocked! Volohander cracks Nechvidov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Nechvidov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Volohander pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Nechvidov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Medved Volohander!
