Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vato Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Iii Sobieski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loco pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sobieski back to the cage. Loco follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Jan Iii Sobieski has been cut.
Sobieski drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Loco is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Sobieski slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Loco wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
We're going to have a standup here because Vato Loco wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Sobieski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Loco manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Loco pulls Sobieski in to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sobieski shoots for a double leg takedown but Loco sprawls well. He's pushed Sobieski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sobieski fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A left lands for Loco.
Sobieski takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sobieski shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Vato Loco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jan Iii Sobieski.
Sobieski doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Loco counters with a slapping leg kick.
Sobieski looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Loco wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Loco lunges at Sobieski with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sobieski's hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sobieski takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Loco explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Loco digs a good hook to Sobieski's body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Loco throws out a powerful jab.
That has opened up Jan Iii Sobieski's cut even more.
A nice inside leg kick there by Loco. That's going to slow Sobieski down.
Loco feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Sobieski sprawling to the canvas! Sobieski rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Loco finish him?!
The cut above Jan Iii Sobieski's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Loco, right into the meat.
Loco scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Loco scores with a hook to the body. Sobieski takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Loco connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sobieski momentarily.
Loco ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The fighters circle, before Loco throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Sobieski's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Loco lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Vato Loco!
