Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldi Rolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Storm is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by AC/DC - Thunderstruck. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ronaldi Rolf! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Storm! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Damien Edna and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rolf tries to clinch up but Storm circles away and keeps his distance. Rolf misses with a few strikes there.
Rolf comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Rolf tries to close the distance and clinch up but Storm swats him away and circles back towards the center. Storm throws a right and a left that both miss. Rolf scores with a kick to the body.
Rolf darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Rolf is figuring out what he wants to do next. Rolf trying to pass the guard but Storm defending well. Rolf wants to work for an arm triangle but Storm is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rolf is thwarting Storm's attempts to control the position. Rolf not doing much here.
Rolf trying to control the action but Storm is working from the bottom. Storm keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Rolf performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Rolf prevents Storm from improving his position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Storm misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rolf looks to land a combination but Storm avoids it well. Rolf takes a swing at Storm's ribcage but misses. A head kick misses from Storm. The fight stays on the outside here - Rolf looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rolf forces Storm back against the cage and clinches. Storm tries to throw a body punch but Rolf avoids it by throwing Storm back against the cage. Storm wants to break the clinch but can't.
Storm lands a right hand that snaps the head of Rolf backwards. Storm stalling in the clinch but Rolf improves position. A frustrated look appears on Storm's face as he tries to break the clinch. Storm breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Rolf misses with a takedown attempt - Storm sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Rolf throws a series of punches but Storm moves out of range. Rolf throws a sloppy head kick and Storm moves out of range easily. Storm fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Rolf throws a leg kick that is checked and Storm counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Rolf bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Storm ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Storm throws a jab but it's blocked by Rolf.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Storm looks to score with a jab to the body but Rolf is just out of range. Rolf moves in looking to clinch but Storm pushes him off. Storm gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Storm takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Storm lands an uppercut. Storm wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action! Storm takes a knee to the side of the body. Storm throws a head punch that misses. Rolf crunches a lovely knee into Storm's ribcage. A hook to the body from Rolf.

Rolf is working for takedown but Storm is calmly controlling the position for now. Storm wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Rolf. Rolf has hold of one of Storm's legs. Storm is fighting the takedown attempt but Rolf gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Rolf is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Rolf throwing strikes from guard but Storm blocks nicely. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Storm is on top in guard.
Storm sitting in guard here, content to control. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Rolf wants to sweep here but Storm controlling him for the moment.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Storm misses with a straight left. A slow jab from Storm misses its intended target. Storm throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Rolf throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rolf looks to score with a jab to the body but Storm is just out of range. Rolf works Storm's body with a nice hook. Storm takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Rolf takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Sloppy strikes from Rolf. Those never looked like landing. Ronaldi Rolf is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rolf misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ronaldi Rolf dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Rolf lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Rolf throws a jab when Storm was well out of range. Rolf connects with an inside leg kick. Storm lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Storm catches Rolf with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Rolf delivers a nice body kick. Rolf throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Storm lands a body shot.
Rolf takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Storm cracks Rolf with a good jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rolf misses with a hook. Storm ducked under it nicely. A looping hook to the body misses from Rolf. Storm does a little dance to reset his feet. Johnny Storm is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice defenses there by Rolf. Ronaldi Rolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rolf is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rolf throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Storm. Rolf will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rolf ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Storm moves away. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rolf is defended easily by Storm. Storm scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rolf throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A looping hook to the body misses from Storm. Rolf does a little dance to reset his feet. Storm is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rolf. Rolf gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Storm. Rolf moves away from the strike by Storm. Rolf is looking to clinch. Storm keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rolf takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Rolf or perhaps it was just good defense by Storm which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ronaldi Rolf. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rolf misses with a head kick.
Storm takes one to the chin there. Rolf moves out of range as Storm strikes. Rolf thows a body shot but no joy. Rolf moves into range and connects with a jab. Rolf scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Rolf misses with a body kick. Rolf fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Storm keeps the fight on the outside. Storm with a hook. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rolf. Rolf keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Rolf throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Storm. Rolf moves out of range as Storm strikes. Rolf rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Storm moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Storm clobbers Rolf with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Storm scores with a decent looking hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Rolf uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Storm has time to react. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Storm really dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Rolf lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Rolf takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Storm lands a head shot. Storm throws a shot from downtown. Rolf moves away and avoids it. Storm connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Rolf momentarily.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Storm. Storm is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Storm misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Rolf obliges. Storm throws a head punch that misses. Rolf tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Storm gets through Rolf's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Storm is absolutely dripping with sweat - he looks exhausted. Rolf lands with a short shot to the head. Storm looking to stall.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rolf has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Storm avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Storm lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Rolf backwards. Rolf makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Storm working aggressively here.

Storm lands a nice looking body shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rolf pushes off an throws an elbow but Storm leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Rolf tries to break the clinch but Storm is controlling the position. Ronaldi Rolf has scored more points in the clinch so far. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rolf tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Storm is trying to push Rolf away but Rolf has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Storm is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Storm cracks Rolf with a nice body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Storm dominated that fourth round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Storm throws an overhand right that lands on Rolf's shoulder, as Rolf tries to avoid the shot. Rolf pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Storm back to the cage. Rolf follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. That kick from Rolf tenderised Storm's leg. Storm is trying to keep his angry face on. Storm lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? Storm throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rolf sees it coming and avoids it easily. Rolf throws a lazy right hand but Storm sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Rolf drives through and clinches with Storm against the cage.
Storm is trying to break free. Rolf breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Storm goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Storm moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Johnny Storm. I think Storm has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
