Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gary Manard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Thorne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manard kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Go Hard Or Go Home. The crowd seem to be enjoying Thorne's choice of entrance music: Carmina Burana - O Fortuna. Damien Thorne told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manard blocks a jab.
Manard misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Thorne fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Thorne. Manard does a little dance to reset his feet.
Manard takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Thorne throws a jab but it's blocked by Manard.
Manard takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Thorne changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Manard looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
