Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Flow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Golias Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justin Flow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Golias Souza! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flow shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Souza's guard. Flow trying to control but Souza is working from the bottom. Souza looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Flow working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Souza's head. Souza throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Souza tries to land a sweep but no joy. Flow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Souza wants to sweep here but Flow controlling him for the moment. Souza manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Souza looking to control but Flow is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Souza working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Souza trying to control but he's not successful this time. Flow regains half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Flow is looking to improve his position.

Flow is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Souza jumps into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Souza wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Flow, who protects the arm well. Souza looks gassed! Souza working away. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Souza tries to advance to mount but can't. Flow is trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Souza goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Flow rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Souza's guard! Nice work there by Flow! Flow seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Flow looking to sit in guard and control but Souza gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Souza advances position into side control! Souza wants to control but Flow is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Souza tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Flow tries to bench press Souza off him but Souza keeps the position. Souza wants to lay and pray for a moment but Flow keeps working. Flow sneaks back into half guard. Souza is looking to take a break and control but Flow is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Flow has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Souza is working away from the top position though. Souza seems to be looking for submissions.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Justin Flow will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Flow shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Flow moves in looking to clinch but Souza pushes him off. Souza throws a series of punches but Flow moves out of range. Flow scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Flow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Souza keeps working. Souza can't do much from the bottom here. Souza regains half guard. Souza wants to control but Flow is keeping busy.
Souza is controlling Flow's position as best he can from this difficult position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Souza is trying to maintain the position but Flow is very close to passing his half guard. Flow wants to take a breather but Souza is having none of it. Souza blocking the ground and pound attempt from Flow. Flow is trying to control the action in half guard but Souza is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Souza is looking to control Flow's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Souza avoid being mounted?
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Flow looks to land a combination but Souza avoids it well. Souza misses with a double jab
and Flow counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Souza's guard now. Flow trying to control the position from guard on top but Souza is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Souza looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flow preventing the sweep. Flow trying to stand up but can't free himself from Souza's guard. Souza had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Flow is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Souza Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Flow's back instead. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Flow holding both Souza 's hands and preventing any damage. Flow trying to control the hands but Souza breaks the grip. Flow fending off the submission attempt from Souza.
That's three minutes gone in the round. I really don't envy Flow right now.

Souza is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Flow is defending well though. Souza let's go of the attempt for now. Flow trying to control but not successfully. Good control from Souza.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Flow looking very determined here, making life difficult for Souza.
Souza biding his time, controlling Flow. Flow looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Flow prevents Souza from getting a body triangle. Flow tries to break free.

That was a close second round but I would say that Justin Flow will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Flow moves into range and clinches up with Souza. Flow escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Flow counters with a nice double leg into side control. Souza won't be happy with that. Souza wants to control but Flow postures up. Souza regains half guard. Flow lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Souza slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Souza looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Souza is trying to control the position but Flow postures up. Flow slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Flow wants to pass the guard but Souza is keeping the position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Souza can do anything to dispel that myth. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Flow throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Souza works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Flow trying to control but Souza is working from the bottom. Flow passes into half guard. Flow drops an elbow to the side of Souza's head. Souza tries to get to full guard but Flow has control of the leg. Flow throwing shots but Souza is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Souza wants to sweep but Flow has passed to side control! Souza is trying to control Flow's posture but Flow avoids it. Souza wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. Souza can't do much from the bottom here.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Souza swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Flow counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Golias Souza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Souza steps into range and cracks Flow with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Flow flops backwards and Souza dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like Justin Flow has been cut. Flow wants to sweep here but Souza controlling him for the moment. Oh Flow is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Souza sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Flow's guard. Flow seems to have got his legs back now. Souza is thwarting Flow's attempts to control the position. Flow moves into full guard.

Souza tries to free his leg and advance position but Flow is retaining full guard. Souza trying to control the position from guard on top but Flow is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Flow looking to hit a scissor sweep but Souza is one step ahead there. Souza decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Flow, up you get!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Flow throws a series of punches but Souza avoids them all with ease. Souza misses with a looping right. Golias Souza is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Flow on the wrong end of a nice hook. Flow looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Souza! Souza wants to hold on but Flow pushes him away. Flow wants to control the pace but Souza is squirming around nicely. Flow controlling his opponent. Souza is squirming around, avoiding Flow's attempts to control the action. Golias Souza has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Flow lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Souza hang on?
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Justin Flow. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Flow, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
