The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hari pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Morrison lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Hari stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hari wants it to stay on the feet.
A head kick misses from Morrison.
Hari misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Morrison shoots in but no luck this time.
Morrison shoots in for a double leg but Hari sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Badr Hari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Morrison.

Morrison fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hari is out of range.
Morrison shoots for a takedown but Hari saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Morrison throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hari 's waist but Hari gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Morrison off to one side.

Morrison shoots in looking for a takedown. Hari tries to sprawl out of it but Morrison keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hari manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jim Morrison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Morrison misses with a takedown attempt - Hari sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Hari counters with a nice leg kick.

Morrison tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hari manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Morrison does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Badr Hari is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Morrison takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Morrison closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Hari stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Morrison drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Morrison is rocked!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
